"Flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1am. Made a phone call to the front desk during our layover and they told us to just call when we arrived at the airport and the shuttle would come pick us up! We were exhausted and ready for bed, quick check in and we were set. Thank you so much for holding our room on super late arrival and picking us up in the wee hours!"

"Very cool historic hotel set the perfect vibe for an authentic Salem experience. The room was more spacious than expected, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. We had one of the rooms where the shower was a separate room from the rest of the bathroom, which was interesting (see photos). Shower was nice and roomy, though. We didn’t try the restaurants. We had planned to do dinner at Nathanial’s, but it was closed the night of our stay. If I return to Salem, I would stay here again."
