"Fresh, clean hotel in Lincoln. Modern surroundings and large room. Very comfy bed with A/C. Restaurant was overflowing on Sunday morning, but staff handled it well. Foodcwas freshly cooked and hot."

"Given ground floor on courtyard and was a little worried about noise but no problem. Paid £4 for parking which wasn’t advertised on hotels.com but it was a big car park and safe and had a barrier. Can’t comment on the rest of the hotel as we booked in at reception and went outside to courtyard rooms. Didn’t opt for breakfast as was up and on our way. Would stay again at this hotel if we were in Grantham "
