Executive Rooms 367 & 369: spotlessly clean and comfortable - good bed and choice of pillows but room a bit faded and dated - needs a bigger TV as distance from bed is too far for comfortable viewing. Lift out of action - not helpful - Best Western need to sort this pronto Spa & Pool: closed for refurb - needs sorting. Breakfast and Bar meals....good."

"Hidden of the main road this is a high complex with separated hotel block with maybe 50? Rooms. Room was spotless, quiet and well equipped. Pub/Food. Separate building with extensive menu at reasonable prices. Good range of drinks. Outdoor seating area is hugh with plenty of space for kids to play All in all really good places👍👍"

"Great location in the centre of the Cathedral quarter. It’s an old building and as such the hotel/pub has quirks but it’s a lovely place to stay. We had a king size room which was extremely spacious with a palatial bathroom. The breakfast was very good and our stay was great. The pub itself is great too and the menu is extensive catering for all tastes. For the price and location it was spot on. We would highly recommend it."

"The room was very comfortable. Facilities excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The local Chinese takeaway food recommended was lovely 😍. All the local people in the pub were friendly and made you feel welcomed. A short walk into the centre of Lincoln. My friend and I will be going back to stay in the future."

"Room was clean but the wardrobe needed mending. There were also a couple of holes on the window ledges. The room was quite small. It cost me £63 for a night with a shared bathroom and for the cost I expected better. The shared bathroom was the floor below which was too far from the room. Would have been handy to have a sink in the room. It said on Expedia site there was parking but I was not allowed to park in the car park because I only had a single room. If I wanted to use the car park I had to upgrade to a double room. Was impressed with the security though and the nice big kitchen. I didn't see any staff there so cannot comment on the staff. There was no reception."
