2/10 Terrible

"The property was under renovation. It smelled moldy, it humid. The carpet was ripped up. They did not have the handicap rooms we reserved. The pool was not open. The kitchen area where they would serve breakfast was dusty. The whole thing was awful! We ended up canceling out rooms and finding another place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with a beautiful water view, and the place was clean with all the appliances we needed. The only minor issues were a bright security light shining through the windows at night (no curtains, so it was a bit hard to sleep) and a broken toilet seat. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return"

"Toilet water ran the 6 days we were there, even after reporting to the front desk. Lukewarm water at best, no matter the time of day. Phone in room didn't work to contact the front desk. I reported the phone and was told some work some don't. Then the diect line phone number should be posted. Not the wyndham 800. Number. Parking is a NIGHTMARE, the tiki bar next door quickly fills the hotel lot. Oh, when you check in they give you a pass for your car and signs are posted all over the place. However nothing is enforced. Several nights we had to park on the street . When we spoke with staff, the reply was they don't get paid enough to deal with the harassment of telling people to move their car Or drunks coming into the hotel, wanting a boot removed. Why ask, just do it. The hotel is out dated, We have stayed here several weeks over the past 4 years. We agreed this will be the last time."

"Extremely comfortable room has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Only a half of a mile from white cap beach. There is a wonderful bar next-door with great drinks and food selection. Super friendly local living on properties. Our dogs loved being involved and coming with us. We did not catch any fish off the dock, so we still had fun trying. Would stay again!"

"We just spent four nights here and feel the accommodations were in line based on the price point. The host provided everything we needed and was responsive when we had questions. The complex is dated and the common areas need attention but the condo itself was cute! It was clean and the a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable and we saw no bugs. That’s a win in my book. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean and families were having fun. I was grateful for the elevator too!"
