The home offers amazing views and a large ocean front balcony and a private pool. Offering an elevator with access to all 3 floors. The 3rd floor has a large open kitchen, living room and dining area with a half bath. The 2nd floor has 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The 1st and 2nd bedroom have a king bed with a private bath. The 3rd bedroom a King bed and the the 4th bedroom, 2 Queen beds. These 2 rooms share a bath. There are also 2 additional bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom, each with a set of twin size bunk beds with a trundle. The 1st floor has a laundry room, bathroom and a one car garage for your use. This home is BEACHFRONT, located close to the community boardwalk. PER HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. Parking is allowed for 5 vehicles. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at (restrictions apply, see below for more information and details) Gulf Waters requires proof of vaccination for all pets. This must be been presented to the onsite Gulf Waters office at the time of check in. Failure to provide proof of vaccination can result in eviction per Gulf Waters HOA. It is clean and the amenities are super. The private pool is perfect for our family, the elevator certainly makes moving ice chests and luggage easier, and the view is spectacular. The boardwalk to the beach is convenient and large enough for golf carts. All you could ask for in a beach family beach house. We have already reserved it again for next year. ##### Teresa G. The kitchen and dining was large enough for everyone and easy to cook in having everything you needed supplied. The pool was a great retreat space and offered privacy for our guests that was far enough from our neighbors, so we didn’t disturb them either. I loved the short walk to the beach and not having to drive on the beach with plenty of places to rinse off without tracking sand in the house. The spacious, well-decorated house comfortably accommodated our large group of family and friends. The open-plan living area, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. The private swimming pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape surrounded by lush landscaping. Little touches like beach chairs, toys, and a poolside grill added to the enjoyment. This house did more than deliver! The grandparents felt comfortable using the elevator on their own and were able to enjoy all the amenities of the house! The view from the third floor was more than you could ask for and the pool was perfect! There was also plenty of privacy since there were separate bathrooms for us all. Location right on the beach - we had a golf cart but it’s not needed - just extra fun! Quick drive to many restaurants but we also cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was well appointed, even had a double oven! Very clean house. Property management was very friendly and responsive, we had them out to reset the router (the RV park has wifi but the house wifi was way better!). We also had them out to change batteries in a smoke alarm that started chirping midway through our stay (they replaced batteries in all detectors). The house is located in an RV park but not managed by the same staff, I didn’t know that until we left. We were looking for a place to watch the waves roll in and this property did not disappoint. It’s a lovely home that was very well stocked. Plenty of space for our large group to relax and visit. The elevator and second fridge were appreciated amenities. Unfortunately, the windows with the amazing views had quite a bit of sea salt build up. We found that a few bottles of Windex Outdoor and a squeegee remedied the problem. Also, upon arrival we found the private pool was green and not very inviting. The management company was quick to respond, but it wasn’t until the fourth day of our stay that the pool was ready for swimmers. A definite disappointment, but we were satisfied with the management company’s handling of the situation. We also had a problem with the AC, but this was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. No batteries in the tv remote when we arrived, but again, an easy fix. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with this property. ##### Brenda B. Reviewer Comments: First, the good. We were pleasantly surprised that this rental house was as advertised which rarely happens with many rentals. The best part about this house is that it was CLEAN! The photos that are used in the advertisement are accurate. You will not be disappointed. Now for the not so good... some of the drains in the sink and showers drain slowly... bring Draino! The house needs to be sprayed by a professional exterminator as we did see roaches in the kitchen... bring RAID! Lastly, the pool had quite a bit of sand in it. It would be nice if the home owners provided guests with the ability to vacuum the pool and to shock it before use. ##### Candido R.
