Our room keys didnt work on two occasions, replaced once No lights on at the pool when dark Crazy people living in the next room. I called twice and confirmed twice , before arrival, to request a 1st floor room. We had ebikes with us. Upon arrival , we were assigned a 2nd floor room( no elevator) . After double checking , they found thst request. Oceans Edge is not near the edge of the ocean. "

"Room had odd smell, baby spiders & gnats in bathroom area, black hair in sink, bathroom light couldn’t be turned on without extremely loud exhaust fan coming on with it. I’m only 5-11 and 200 pounds; however, I could barely fit in there… Only things good were the cost & the friendly staff. "

"The tv needs up date on channels The WiFi was not that great so was unhappy with that . We did travel with a 2 year old that we could not get in to her tablet for WiFi had to use my hotspot so was unhappy with that"
