It is 0.5 miles to shops, restaurants, and bars and a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. The open living room has ample seating for guests with a sleeper sofa, a love seat, an accent chair, a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The galley-style kitchen will accommodate your culinary needs with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter space, a wine chiller, a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. There are four stools at the bar for seating and entertaining. The guest room (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, TV, and nightstands. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstands, TV, and dresser for your beach attire. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.
