"Rooms are in dire need of updating. Bathroom mold around shower and tub. Electric oulets barely hold devices plugged into them. Room door self closing mechanism not working. Door to balcony in our room was rusted and difficult to open anc close. Elevators and hallways are in need of repair and updating. Don't depend on the pictures of the hotel to depict what you are going to get because they are very misleading."

"This property fit our needs as a retired couple perfectly. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and a great spot to just relax in when rains came in. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked very inviting.It is close to everything and to surrounding towns for tourist types of things. I look forward to staying here again next time we are in Corpus Christi! Thank you!"

"Everything about our stay was great! Condo was completely as described and pictures online don’t do the place justice! Very welcoming and homey feel! House is equipped with everything you’ll need while there. The close proximity to beach is such a convenience! The heated pool was great! My only complaint would be the people upstairs stomping around at 7am both Saturday and Sunday morning! Totally disregarding the fact that me and my family are downstairs sleeping! Aside from that everything was great. I would definitely come back and be recommending it!!!"

"Upon arrival the keypad was the precious people’s code. The place was not cleaned. Toothpaste still on the sink and mirror. Hair in the tubs and the floor had sand all over it and food. Carpets to upstairs were nasty. When brought to their attention they said they can have someone circle back. We were tired and didn’t want to have to go somewhere while it was cleaned. We said we had a big group of girls and could clean it If they would give us a discount on our stay. They agreed. They are not responding to my texts about a partial refund. The pool and location was nice."
