A very nice, modern, clean and friendly place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very helpful and in a good location to catch trains and buses. I will most certainly be staying here again!

The best location!!! Universal Studios is just a few steps away.

The breakfast had a large selection and the kitchen staff were continuously making fresh food. I loved the pizza bell! The room was very clean and the amenities provided were a happy surprise.

Great Hotel, found all staff very polite staff and willing to help. Room was clean and comfotable, request of late room to be made up was not an issue. did not try food / restaurant but it looked popular, got a surprise award of a free minibar, filled each day. Would stay again, linked to shin Osaka station. Takes about 20 mins to downtown.

Front desk staff really helpful. When our luggage arrived after being forwarded from Kyoto they bought it directly to our room. Very nice hotel

Rooms were spacious and super clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel as lots of options in the shopping centre outside. We had an issue with the safe on the last day and they were there to fix it within minutes. Perfect place to stay.

Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.

Hotels location is perfect - loads of options to dine in Kito area of Osaka. It can get little noisy as its on main street but as expected in the major busy city. Hotel room was little dated compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan in Tokyo and Kyoto but for short stay if you exploring Osaka and want to be central its good option.
