Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. "Stayed 3 nights at Richmond Cottage with my elderly mother and my dog. We were impressed with the welcome pack which included flowers, wine, milk, bread, butter, ground coffee and tea bags.Mother had the downstairs bedroom. The steps down to bathroom and kitchen were deep but she managed. I had the large double bedroom upstairs with its tiny ensuite shower room.
