Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "The Oratory is a quaint beautifully presented property ideal for easy access to the moors and all the excellent local walks. Princetown has two excellent pubs within easy walking distance of The Oratory serving good food. Highly recommend a stay here. I will be back"
