"The hotel looks simple & basic, nothing fancy and we're fine with that. It was kept very clean. The outdoor slide was fun, the pool & hot tub water could be kept cleaner if I really had to mention something. Customer service throughout the facility was great, every staff was friendly and able to help me with my questions. Breakfast was decent, but the scrambled eggs would've been better without the dried parsley. They ran out of english breakfast tea bags unfortunately. "

"I stayed at Park Inn Hotel for two nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The stay was not just comfortable but also memorable. I was traveling with my special needs son, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One of the thoughtful gestures was allowing us to enjoy breakfast in our room, which made things much easier for us. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained throughout. Staff named Prabhleen and Om helped us . We especially loved the pool – it was super clean, inviting, and a perfect place to relax. The staff were kind, respectful, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Their empathy and understanding really made a difference in our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. It’s a great place to stay – clean, friendly, and truly accommodating. A must-visit for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant family getaway!"

"UBC student rooms were clean, bathroom was design to have 3 people use it at once to do different things(brush teeth, shower or use toilet). Kitchen/Leaving area was clean and spacious. Very reasonable price for a unit having four separate bedrooms. Would have liked to have few more basic utensils in kitchen and a bigger shower stall."
