"What a truly beautiful place to stay. The cottage was lovely , the log fire was a big hit & perfect to come home to after a day of walking. Bobbie & Trevor were perfect hosts, always there to answer a question but never intrusive. Our nutty setter loved walking up & down their extremely long driveway, you do feel like you are in another world - away from everything. The games room was also a massive hit & we all used it, the kids especially loved it. Review independently collected and verified...

"We had a wonderful, conformable and enjoyable stay at the Jasmine Cottage. Checking in was easy, Caroline, the host guided us ovee the phone. Cottage has beautiful views of the valley from bedrooms, patio, living and dining rooms. Its 2 minutes drive from the local CoOp supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach and local shops. Combe Martin beaches are lovely as,well as Woolacombe beach and the charming town of Lynton that's 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back and explore the area...

"It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts. "

"Older single friends wanting a change from the usual Christmas aloneness!!We had some lovely long walks & bought fresh seafood from Ilfracombe for Christmas lunch which we enjoyed in the garden room with a wonderful view of Lee Bay!The village pub was perfect for early drinks & the odd meal. Local people extremely friendly. Will definitely come again sometime."
