"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. "From the moment we stepped in we knew this hotel was going to be a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming , greeted us immediately. Very smooth check in process . Our rooms were lovely, they had everything we needed . Children loved the free ice creams and the massage chairs were an extra bonus. The hot baths were immaculate condition at all times . We truly loved our time here"

"Location was good, walking distance to Kyoto Station. Got the superior twin room, which was a decent size compared to other hotel rooms. However, there was no view from our window. Room amenities and daily housekeeping was great. They offered free drinks in the lounge. Breakfast was okay for the price, not a lot of choices for a buffet. Had better breakfast elsewhere. Front desk staff was okay. "
