The hotel was very clean, very close to the station and skytree, and had all the amenities we needed (even an air frier, rice cooker, and washer and drier) only issue we had was that there was no elevators so lugging 11 luggages up and down the narrow stairs was difficult.

It is a great hotel for a family trip that everyone can stay in one room. The room is big enough for four people and the location is near public transportations. The kitchen is convenient to enjoy some local food. Will come again next time in Kyoto.

Be careful in booking this listing because it is not near anything. We spent a lot of time and money and walking to transportation. It was confusing to find the hotel and getting to other places. Only 1 staff person knew English. No good places to eat within walking distance. The room was huge which was wonderful, but we had 3 people and she slept on the couch, not in the 2nd bedroom. There was no bed in there. Great kitchen and washing machine in the room, that was a life saver. Only used the dryer downstairs. It was dark inside the halls and lobby. The bed was OK, a little hard. Loved the shower room and large bathroom.

Apparantly Expedia doesn't tell us that there is a room tax, payable in cash, once you arrive at the hotel. So, that was a bit of a surprise. Also, we arrived early and the girl at the front desk just told us to put our bags to the side, didn't show much interest in helping us, or being friendly. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The rooms are amazing, beds are incredible, bathroom is superb!

The bathroom was the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It was alright and all and bath was good but the doors were completely transparent and there was no way to lock the bathroom meaning if you were on the toilet or showering people could barge in and disturb which really made it terrible and annoying.

I appreciated that the size of the room. I was impressed with a separate mini kitchen, full bath, double sink, living area, separate bedroom. It was the most spacious and well layed out hotel room I have ever stayed at. There were 4 automatic coin laundry washer and dryer. If clothes needed more dry time, they had a clothing rack and hooks in the room. Also enjoyed the well pressured shower system. Location is fantastic too. Can easily take either the local bus or train to most destinations. Will be sure to stay here again at my next visit
