My daughter enjoyed the magical stairs. All the staff was kind and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. It was our first time in Japan and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The super king room had a huge bed (could easily hold 4 people if needed), and a large bathroom area. The AC worked very well. The location was perfect for getting public transportation, and there were a 7-11 and restaurants within walking distance.
