This was an EXCELLENT hotel! Great location, right above Kyoto station and if you’re heading to either of Osaka airports, there is a shuttle that can take you there directly. Room was very clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great, many options. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Location, location, location. Right next to Kyoto Station giving you easy luggage transfer and access to any train or subway you could want. Complementary water, tea, and coffee in the room. Wonderful large step-in shower/tub wet room. And a toilet you'll want to take home with you. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. We did not use the restaurants with all the unique cultural offerings a walk or ride away.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The head concierge met us at the train station to guide us to the hotel. What incredible service. It saved us from fumbling around the very large Kyoto station and made our arrival and check in seamless. The rooms were very clean and I loved the pajamas and slippers provided in the rooms. The proximity to the train station made day trips easier and all the shops and restaurants at the station were an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Kyoto if possible.
