"The front desk guy was amazing. Don’t recall his name. He did our checkin. The best person I have ever found at checkin counter. Hotel experience will be awesome if all staffs were like him. "

"​I consider myself a seasoned traveler, but this trip I made a major oversight regarding our checkout date. When I realized the error, we were out kayaking and dealing with waterlogged gear. ​Despite the hotel being fully booked, Jennifer at the front desk handled my panic with incredible empathy and efficiency. She coordinated with Harbour House to rush-clean a room. Furthermore, the team went out of their way to help dry our wet belongings. This mistake was entirely mine, but the response was pure excellence. Niagara’s Finest Hotels truly offers top-notch service. Thank you, Jennifer and Harbour House!"

"They staff seems clueless. Co travelers had confirmed reservations and when the went to check in at midnight - their rooms were no longer available and they had to find another hotel. I also called the front desk to confirm if the water was complementary and they said it it and then promptly charged me for it - when I tried to rectify that - they were completely unconcerned. When you call the front desk they transfer you to a number that has a voicemail that says call the front desk!! Circular indeed"

"The Staff was great ! House keeping was courteous. The Restaurant staff and service at Milestones was great! Location was fantastic. View was AMAZING! Amanda at front desk was EXCELLENT for recommending an upgrade and noticing our anniversary celebration! Early check in and taking care of our special day was what I say “ Going Above and Beyond!” Thank you!"

"Honestly disappointing. It was supposed to be our honeymoon, so we booked a room with a hot tub, I will say the room looked decently similar to the photo. The room was very clean, the rest of the hotel appeared clean. The hotel was not cohesive, rooms renovated to look retro, the rest of the hotel looked like it was in time needing desperate maintenance, and very hotel horror movie vibes with how increasingly unsettling it felt after check in. The pool was closed which I wasn’t informed of previously. There was an over $30 destination fee which I was also unaware of. I was also told to fill out information using paper and pen in which I was not informed would be used to sign up for their rewards program which I didn’t consent to. The key card system was very outdated, sensitive and stopped working one night into our stay, so we had to talk to desk staff to correct. We sat on lobby couch for a couple minutes waiting on food delivery and after my husband got up I saw a moving bug on his back, which really gave me the ick. The “hotel” part of the plaza had an unappealing smell from the food next door inside plaza. Lack of soundproofing as you could distinctly hear the pipes when you or another room was using the hot tub. Carpeted floors near the hot tub. The somewhat convenient location with parking complex was beneficial. Substantially, better hotels in the area within the same budget."

"Breakfast was not included so we passed on the buffet. This hotel is very basic. A minimum level of service. Sheets, towels etc not changed on the second day. Fine. But when we asked for two coffee pods for the morning they were grudgingly supplied. No waters ($2). Kleenex ran out, toilet stopped up. Price was completely out of line with the level of service. "

"We had such a great time during our stay! I informed them that our arrival will be in the middle of the night, someone from the resort called and made sure to get information, checked us in ahead, when we arrived the night manager assisted us efficiently. We tried the in-room delivery as well as breakfast at the Norwood Pizza, the prices are cheaper than Tim Hortons food is better, service was excellent. We had milk tea, coffee, ice cream from different cafes in the resort - all are reasonably priced. We were coming from NL and we had family coming from AB as well. It was our first family vacation and we loved every minute at the resort. We’ll definitely be back soon as kids and adults enjoyed all amenities & activities! Thank you and Kudos to all the amazing staffs! Every family with kids should experience a minimum 2night stay at this resort! Well-maintained and family-friendly. Absolutely loved our stay! Expedia also made the booking possible!"
