"Everything was great except one of the hostess in the breakfast place. She was not accommodating. We requested to seat by the window to see the nice view of the falls. She said the area was closed but she sat the group behind us there. We asked the waitress if we can be moved and she moved us without any issues."

"Went with the whole family for 3 shorts nights & had an amazing time.vthr waterpark is awesome and peak season hours are great. Also the boston pizza restaurant inside hotel has so many options to eat and the prices are extremely fair. The bar is also the bomb 10/10 Experience without a doubt"
