Unable to locate music channel on the TV Bar cool temperature unless sat in front of the wonderful fire. Bar staff very goid and jovial evening regulars. Good to see pet dogs welcomed. Excellent evening bar menu Convenient car park.

Have paid two visits recently to this hotel. On both occasion we have been impressed by the location, service and rooms - which, for the price (offered by Expedia), offer terrific value. The location and history make this property unique. It is a little gem of a place.

It's my favourite hotel in the World - as simple as that. Exquisite in all respects.

The Spa, swimming pool area was modern clean and inviting. The hotel itself was a trifle drab and dated. Although our en suite bathroom was modern the bedroom itself was tired and in need of a good makeover. Hotel food was excellent.

I loved everything about my stay I would go as far as saying the food is better than Giddley
