Fantastic room and service, well presented and adapted to the government’s pandemic guidelines. Jessica was incredibly welcoming and clearly loves her work. We just wish we’d stayed longer.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Apex Dundee, our room was really comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view across to the Tay Bridge and V&A. We ate in the restaurant and bar and everything was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back!

Great location to city centre, has parking but arrive in time to get a space. Rooms are amazing and staff are very helpful

Absolutely fab stay. Maybe a bit more expensive than it should be for what’s offered. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. Wardrobe was small but it did the job for one night. Lighting was quite poor for getting ready and the vanity mirror is far too high to be useful. Bathroom was small but the shower was big and very good pressure. Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) are provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the room. No parking on-site but there is a car park...

Clean, modern accomodation. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Slept very well.

I have stayed at lots of hotels. I would recommend this hotel for the friendly staff who put my wife and myself as their family and did a very good job of looking after us.I would go back there when we got back to Dundee. The house is situated on a hill overlooking Carnoustie. It is very nicely decorated and well maintained. We had a twin room on the top floor. It was well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The ensuite had a larger shower cubicle than average. Breakfast was very nice, with good quality ingredients. Lisa was a very good host, welcoming and full of useful information

Everything was perfect: quiet; gorgeous room with large ensuite; fabulous breakfast; fast internet; close to water in Dundee; lovely 12miles drive to St Andrews. Best value for money and definitely a high end 4*. Would come back to Scotland just to stay here again.

Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware,this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . Other than that the hotel is still somewhere we would happily recommend for position, comfort and the amazing staff

We were checked in on arrival by a friendly receptionist who was professional and helpful. The hotel was spacious with an amazing view of the golf course. The food in the restaurant was very nice. Congratulations to all the staff who worked hard to make our 2 night stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Great location, really friendly and professional staff. Hotel is very clean with wonderful views of the sea. Breakfast was served on the bistro with lots of high quality options.

Room was comfortable and the pub downstairs had great food and drinks choices and staff very friendly. Breakfast was great as well.

The fort is the most lovely hotel with the loveliest staff they went above & beyond meals were amazing 💖
