"Centrally located, amazing staff, lovely rooms, very comfortable - just be ware no elevator - so if you have heavy luggage it could be an issue although the staff offered and did carry them up."

"Staff were very friendly, both reception and cleaners. Whole hotel very clean. Ideally sited for station and city centre. Toiletries were nice. Tiny gripe is not enough space to put clothes if you want to unpack. People should be made aware they do not do evening meals although there are plenty options in the local area."
