Friendly, accommodating staff.
We had a lovely stay here! Our travel plans were disrupted so we arrived very late in to the night, everything was left out for us and even late checkout was arranged for us. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was so cosy and warm and the location was beautiful! 15/10.

Great for longer holidays and family vacations
Handy Inn for exploring the area. Although not needed for my trip, the property offers caravans and activities for children. The Inn is clean and the staff very friendly. Food offered is basic and inexpensive and other options are within 10 min away.

Great stay!
Lovely room, good shower, plenty of tea/coffee in room, heated towel rail that actually works! Very comfortable bed! Excellent breakfast available at 7am. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely place to stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely, peaceful location, set several hundred yards from the road, with a pretty garden and large carpark. Very happy with our first floor room - very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Newport Sands beach, Newport, Parrog and the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path are very close

I found the staff very unengaging. I was disappointed that it seemed like an effort for them to find me a table for dinner. I didn’t stick around for breakfast the next morning.

A great place to stay in a great area.
A fabulous experience, staff and owners provided superior service and support. The only thing I as slightly older person was that having the bathroom and toilet upstairs was difficult. Just check the location of room before booking and be clear about what you need. Great location. Fabulous food in house.

I would say clean enough, nothing wrong with the room cleanliness, although shower quite small. Walls are quite paper thin, so you will hear people walking and complete conversations in the room above. I found the key in the left in door on arrival somewhat strange. My view out of the window was of a pile of junk but I kept the blinds closed for the duration of the stay. I wasn’t aware it was through a holiday park and hence the manor bar and facilities get used by people staying in the campsite/lodges/static caravans. Otherwise it was a relatively pleasant stay for the night.

Lovely picturesque place ,modern rooms attentive , friendly staff,good food especially the breakfast ,within walking distance of newport beach and estuary from there you can walk into Newport town where you'll find some lovely independent shops and a few pubs offering food

The value for money was excellent, the breakfast (included in the price) was very good. Freshly cooked to order and served in a comfortable dining room. Evening menu was good, very large portions!. This is a historic building be prepared for a labyrinth of stair cases and fire doors, quite difficult if your carrying luggage. Room was comfortable with ensuite shower.

We had an excellent weekend, had a three night stay and everything was brill. Room comfortable, clean. Its set in wonderful grounds, lovely walks. Close to beach. Food in bar was lovely breakfast excellent and drink prices were good. Staff really friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here will defo be going back.

Nice stay, good price
One day stay in the manor, the food was excellent and the room was very clean. Only 2 small niggles, taps in the bathroom were useable but had pieces missing from them. The bed is on the small side for me, we are used to King size but these are smaller and on the hard side but didnt detract from our sleep but if you are 6ft you may want to check for bigger. Overall for the price in the area its is very good.

We as my husband and myself could not fault any part of our stay, the room was perfect as was all staff very obliging the food was out standing . The cleanliness of every part of the manor was the highest you could wish for, I would recommend anyone who would like a relaxing stay away to go here as we will be going back. Thank you so so much. PERFECT!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, good for a business trip. And the people very kind and helpful. We had problems with our car-rental and they supported us, we arrived very late and they prepared sandwiches and salads even if the kitchen was closed.

Cannot fault the hotel in any way at all . It was comfortable ,spotlessly clean and the food was excellent quality . Room was clean and warm on arrival, bathroom freezing cold , both bedroom and bath room freezing cold in the morning , cant turn on any heating or adjust, was asked to stip bed before i let room , never been asked to do that before . No members of staff on check-in or check-out. Over all a good room and good sleep.

A lovely stay, the Mano is very pretty. Staff friendly and accommodating. Love the fact that in the hotel the tv had Netflix on it already as we have little ones so our evenings usually end early to get them to bed. Breakfast was lovely, evening food was ok could be better. Lovely play park and golf and bowling on sight too :)

Frosty welcome - Food lovely
Our check in was disappointing, we received quite a cold welcome. I had to ask if we had done something wrong as it felt quite awkward. On checking, I hadn’t read an email that they had sent earlier in the week saying we didn’t need to go to reception, we should go straight to our room. Our room was fine, breakfast the next day was lovely as were the staff that served us the following day.

A 52nd wedding anniversary at Llwyngwair motel.
We had a great stay at the hotel. Absolutely no complaints at all. Happy with our room whjich was clean and tidy. We had bed and breakfast which was delicious , hot and tasty. We decided to have our evening meals at the hotel as well, and were not dissapointed. Good menu and the meals we chose were, again , delicious. A word about the staff who were very good and made our time there enjoyable. It sounds like no complaints, of which there are none. No complaints. We used the hotel as a base for travelling around that part of West Wales. Great. We would use it again ....and again. Thanks for an enjoyable 4 days, as we celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary.
