"This was the first time I stayed at the Empire and I must say it was really good. The staff was very responsive and keen. Our room was quiet and well appointed. I must say, the shower had the best pressure washer I ever experienced! The location of the hotel is excellent and everything we needed was just a short walk away. The pricing was reasonable. If I ever need to stay in Manhattan again I will definitely book here."

"The city view was amazing. They provide coffee machines and coffee but you have to request it. I was not informed of that until the last day of my stay when I asked about it. I wasn’t informed about the dining area or swimming pool or gym if they had any of them. The thermostat was not able to be adjusted but the air did work."
