"The stay was great. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend getting the food vouchers as the drop in option for breakfast was very expensive. The only thing that I have to complain about was the room temperature, even if you change the thermostat to 70 or lower the actual room temperature never got below 73 and made for a very warm, restless night. "Super easy and quick check in! Theres a refundable $50 deposit that I don’t remember the website mentioning when we booked, as long as there’s no smoking/damage you get it back! No big deal. The room was clean, air was cold, shower was hot, and the bed was comfy! Bathroom was tinier than I expected but for just one overnight it was fine! Only complaint, when entering the room; the smell of chemical cleaners smacked you in the face! But we left the door open and turn on the air to circulate some fresh air! About 15 minutes it was fine! Granted I’d rather it smelt clean than sour! "
