Great Host!

We loved staying at this property! It was a great location close to downtown, has an extremely well supplied kitchen, and was very comfortable. The host was super responsive to a couple initial issues with the outdoor space, which were addresses within minutes and all settled within the first day. Hope to enjoy staying here again next time we're in town!

Great spot to stay in NuLu

The house is in a great location, walkable to all the wonderful restaurants in NuLu. It was clean and we didn't have any issues. Street parking was always available right outside the house.

Loving Louisville!

Spent four nights in Louisville in the NuLu area. The house was top notch and the beds were comfortable. The area was great for walking to craft breweries and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, I highly recommend this place.

Great for Volleyball tourneys

We came to Louisville for a 3 day VB tournament. Had two families stay and it was perfect for our trip. Quiet, clean and close to Expo center. We even had a team dinner one night and had enough seating and space for parents and players. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great Girls Get Away

We had an amazing time at the Ultra Modern in NuLu! The location is great to walk to NuLu or Uber to downtown. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. After a day of distillery tours or racing at Churchill downs the hot tub or the fire pit was a great way to end the day. Thanks for a great stay!

NuLu Christmas

Rented house to host some family members for Christmas. Very convenient location, everything was as advertised. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. Hutton and backyard were great touches There is only one tv in the house though, so plan accordingly.

We were here for our daughter’s wedding, the location was perfect! It was on the same street as the venue so we were able to walk there. The VRBO was very spacious and had lovely features. Only wish there was a TV in bedroom but no other concerns. Would gladly book again and recommend!

We came to Louisville to be further south for a couple weeks of the winter. The house was clean and inviting. The back yard is to die for, with the hot tub, fire pit, heat lamps, total fenced privacy, and very nice landscaping. Neighbors very friendly, and just a short walk to the NuLu shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and fun houses. A Good stay!

Beautiful home, in Nulu area

The home was just as pictured, clean and beautifully decorated. It accommodated our group perfectly. With the cool weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Shawn was an excellent host and very responsive. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay just outside of the downtown area. I will definitely stay here again if traveling to Louisville with a large group. Do not pass up this home!

Just like being at home

This place is top shelf in every aspect. Its got everything you need , just like being at home. Amenities abound. Clean and comfortable. Backyard was great. Location was great, no issues at all with the neighborhood. Parking was right in front of the house. If youre weighing options, dont rule this place out.
