We had privacy and the kids enjoyed playing outside. If you have a large group, bring extra toiletry items. We would have also had to wash towels and wash cloths if we had not brought some of our own. The yard was beautiful but a bit overgrown. Our checkin info didn’t have a code, it took almost 2 hours after checkin of calling and messaging the owner to get the code and we missed some plans. The electrical in the house was not working in some rooms at all. The drainage stopped working due to what seemed to be septic issues. Also the hot tub was drained and not useable. ##### B. M.
