"The hotel was so very comfortable with comfy beds, huge rooms and clean. The staff were all really friendly and had even put up a birthday banner and balloons for us as we were celebrating our birthdays, such a lovely surprise! The pool and spa area was nice and poop was a nice temperature. "

The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. "Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."
