"Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. Breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection though the coffee machine was broken (only 2 options). I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area."

"The hotel was great, the room was large with a great view of the grounds and lake, even had a hot air balloon experience taking off from the grounds which was brilliant to see, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was good quality, nice bar area including outdoor seating. hotel was in a great location with leeds castle very close by and multiple country pubs within a 10 minute drive"

"The hotel was so very comfortable with comfy beds, huge rooms and clean. The staff were all really friendly and had even put up a birthday banner and balloons for us as we were celebrating our birthdays, such a lovely surprise! The pool and spa area was nice and poop was a nice temperature. "

"We stayed here before and after our wedding and found the entire experience was superb. The room was clean, well furnished with good extras e.g. tea/coffee facilities (including nice biscuits!). The shower was fantastic which is one thing I feel often lets other hotels down, so this one was a win for us! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and added extra touches to help us celebrate. The cooked breakfast was faultless and overall I would happily return here."
