Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur...

"We had an amazing visit to Amsterdam thanks to our HomeAway Houseboat Rental. We were situated exactly where most would prefer, it was very quiet on the water at night. Arie was a very gracious host who always responded quickly on any questions we had, before and during our stay. Lots of special touches that were very much appreciated, like plenty of fresh towels, designer soaps and more. Easy going and helpful. Definitely recommend Arie's houseboat when visiting Amsterdam!"

"Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Aussicht vom Hausboot ist zauberhaft. Es gibt einen Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe und die Innenstadt mit Fähre ist gemütlich und wirkt einladend.Zur Unterkunft: Leider gab es keine Fliegengitter(daher Mückenplage inklusive/Lüften nur morgens möglich) und teilweise waren die Betten dreckig, sowie eine dreckige Badezimmer/Fußmatte waren vorhanden. "Ein sehr schöner und besonderer Ort. Wer die Einsamkeit mag und aushält, ist hier genau richtig. Eine gepflegte Wasservilla , schön eingerichtet ud mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch , wenn es einsam ist, kann man von hier aus mit dem Boot die Landschaft erkunden und geniessen. Leeuwarden und Sneek sind nicht weit. Mit dem Boot allerdings doch schon Tagesausflüge. Wir waren jetzt bereits 2x dort und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder."

"Booked for a special celebration and did not disappoint- even after a ropey start! On arrival staff member checking us in told my partner about the drinks in our room organised as a surprise for them, our room had the previous occupants crisps still over the floor and the tv remote was missing. I headed back to reception to request a spare and for the crisps to be cleaned up. Mulhan could not have been more helpful - he moved and upgraded us! It made our trip extra special. The hotel was perfect, great location, helpful staff, great breakfast - overall we had a fantastic stay!"
