"I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. I can't believe Expedia even recognizes this as a safe place to stay. The hotel is unfinished, elevators and hallway lights didn't work, rooms did not have any electrical outlets, air conditioning was broken and bathroom had cockaroaches.
