The Receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the cleaning ladies were wonderful coming every 2 days with fresh towels and every 3 days to change the bedding. There was a great library on site and everything was within easy walking distance from our hotel. We had a small issue with the washing machine and the Maintenance man came straight away to help us (it was something we were doing wrong not the machine's fault!).
