Cleaning staff were amazing and always had the place spotless, and cleaned room to a really high standard. The staff in general were all fantastic. Poole areas were great and the bar staff were very friendly and approachable. We got the all inclusive which was great for the drinks, the food was the only let down for me. It was fine but I wouldn’t be relying on for all meals, it was a bit bland and like a cafeteria. All in all an amazing place and I would visit again .

The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. Lots of food choices to pick from, but it does not massively change day-by-day
