The room was clean. There is an extra charge to use the safe. The staff were helpfu. Although my wake up call was late one morning for my tour and repeated the next morning even though I didn’t request one. There is a large selection of food at breakfast but I would say it was average. Not bad, not great. My major complaint is how noisy the hotel is. There is almost no way to close the room door quietly. Doors closing echoed up and down the hallway. I also could hear voices from next door and furniture being moved (cleaned under?) Upstairs.
