"I recently stayed at the Grand Nikko and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight—delicious, high-quality, and a perfect way to start the day. One of the biggest perks for me was the on-site convenience store (konbini). It had a surprisingly large variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, which made late-night cravings or quick grabs incredibly easy. Above all, the staff were wonderful; they were consistently kind and professional, making the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommended!"

"Breakfast was ok, staff were very polite. Could not comment more as we were only there for a night. As for cleanliness, headboard counters were dusty which triggered my rhinitis, but in general ok. We chose to get a hotel near the airport to get some rest before a long flight the next day but did not get the rest needed because Our room was so hot. This was during the spring, so imagine if it was summer. Even setting on the airconditioning to high did not do anything. "

"It’s a really nice hotel and very clean. Keep in mind that it is a resort hotel so you’re bound to dining in the restaurants at the hotel. You can’t easily go out and find other restaurants. There is also a Lawson there for convenience. You also have to pay to use the pool too."
