I do not normally write reviews, but I felt obligated after our stay. To start: Incredibly kind hosts. We were having a very hard time driving in Napoli, and the host came outside to help us get through the crazy traffic and find our return location for the rental car. So kind and helpful, even though we were late! We were even offered help with our luggage. The hosts recommended sights to see and places to eat, and provided useful suggestions for our time in Napoli. They provided their phone number and offered to help whenver they could. The rooms are modern, bright, and very clean. Air conditioning is brand new and worked great! There is a mini bar for charge, and a complimentary breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, and croissants, delivered to your door every morning! Such a nice touch. The beds are the most comfortable that we have had in our 5 weeks in Italy. We had such pleasant sleeps we found it hard to get out of bed! In summary, an excellent hotel with the most kind-hearted and genuine hosts. If you are staying in Napoli, please stay here! You will feel comfortable and like you are at home. Thank you for a great stay!

The rooms and bathroom are new, clean, and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had a great sleep. The staff were amazing and responsive. The area around the hotel was not the best, however, with its great location to the train station and safety measures of the building I would recommend.

We stayed for one night. It was conveniently located for visiting the sights and close to the train station. Our room was very clean, and well presented. Massimiliano and his team were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Great recommendation for a place to eat. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hosts
Right from when we reached till we left we were looked after very well by Francesca and Maria. They answered all our queries and even arranged the taxi to the airport. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day during our 3 night stay. Highly recommended.
