We absolutely loved our stay here in Naples. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed, and the location was Everything was easy and pleasant, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Napoli. perfect for enjoying the city.

The hotel was in a really good location, close to the Metro and small shops and restaurants. On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who signed us in. We weren’t able to check in until 1 so had to leave our baggage. As there were no spare rooms or luggage stores our belongings were just left by the reception desk. They also didn’t have a bathroom or toilet that we could change in before heading out for the day. It was however, very clean and tidy. The rooms were huge, had air conditioning, a fridge (although we couldn’t make it work) a kettle etc. Staff were lovely, whenever we saw them, the cleaners etc. And breakfast was a small selection of continental and cooked eggs and sausages.

We loved Naples Plaza so much that we decided to come back on our very last day in Naples — and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole experience made us feel at home. Coming back for a second stay and receiving the same amazing treatment confirmed that our first experience wasn’t just luck — this place truly knows how to make its guests feel special. Naples already holds such a special place in our hearts, and Naples Plaza became part of those beautiful memories. Ending our trip here felt like the perfect goodbye to a city we fell completely in love with. Thank you for welcoming us twice and for making both stays so memorable. We would come back without hesitation and absolutely recommend Naples Plaza to anyone visiting this incredible city. ❤️🇮🇹 Until next time, Napoli! You will always feel a little bit like home.

What a pleasant surprise. This place/flat with 6 or 8 units was beautiful. It does look like the photos. Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. The daily breakfast was delicious & it was freshly prepared by Iman. The location was great near the main port, with a nice deli downstairs, Hop on and off bus stop across the street and galleria Umberto 7 blocks away. It’s 35 min away from airport. I took the taxi offered by the hotel and the nice driver was very kind to help me with my luggage to the 6th floor. The hotel is house in a historical building with beautifully wooden carved doors & old fashion elevator. I truly enjoyed my stay of 4 days in this unique and exclusive place!

La ubicación es excelente. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. El departamento está en excelentes condiciones. El único inconveniente es el elevador, ya que es muy pequeño y muy lento, tiene capacidad únicamente para 2 personas o incluso sólo 1 con maletas.
