Lovely apartment very near the Metro station and Spanish Quarter. The shared balcony and coffee/ water stations were a nice additional touch. We had some initial issues either getting in the room but they were sorted quickly. It’s an old building in a busy area so at times it was noisy but overall had a great trip.

This is not a hotel. You will not have staff on site. They communicate with you thru whatsapp. The instructions were pretty good, but I thought if something went wrong or had an issue with someone else staying at the property or lost my key in the room with my phone you would be stuck on your own. It is right next door to a clothing store. It is in a great location, but there is foot traffic 24/7 on that street so can be noisy. Used a white noise machine and was okay for us, but if you are a lite sleeper maybe would be an issue. They have water filtered on site, tea kettle in rooms (they need some vinegar cleaning due to build up), tea in rooms, books available and an outside patio to sit at. Walkable to all the city sites.

We had a fantastic stay at I Stay in Toledo Guest House and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being so close to Toledo Metro made getting around Naples incredibly easy, and we were within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants and shopping. It really is the perfect base for exploring the city. Communication with the property was excellent from start to finish. The team was always quick to respond, friendly and incredibly helpful. We even had a courier deliver a package to the property before we arrived, and they were more than happy to accept it and keep it safely for us until we checked in, which we really appreciated. Our room was a great size for the three of us and was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything was straightforward, and the whole stay was easy and stress-free thanks to the excellent communication and hospitality. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in an unbeatable location with wonderful service, I Stay in Toledo Guest House is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.

At first I was skeptical about having to do everything myself (there was no human available), but then I was delighted to have chosen this hotel. Everything was up-to-date, very modern, very clean, etc. There was no breakfast buffet but there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby to satisfy my need for coffee and some sort of protein. It is located next to the Toledo metro station, which was perfect, as well as to a laundromat (I needed to do some laundry after a week of prior traveling in Europe) within a five-min. walking distance (Express Wash Lavanderia Self Centro Storico, on Via Donnalbina, 5). The hotel is also next to the Spanish Quarters (Quartieri spagnoli), where one can find plentiful excellent restaurants, among them Trattoria Toledo, which I recommend. There were two pharmacies within a block or two of the hotel, if needed. If I return to Naples, I will stay at this hotel again.
