Location good for train station
Staff was very helpful
Hotel amenities appeared to be recently modernized
Area location upon first impression appeared unsafe, however no problems encountered
We really enjoyed our stay! Super modern, clean, nice room. Very close to the train station so was easy to get to so we didn’t need to hire a taxi. Door man and Hotel receptionist were extremely nice and helpful. Will stay here again on our next trip to Napoli
The rental was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the airport and getting to restaurants. The hosts were great and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. They also arranged for our Taxi to the airport on our departure.
Great customer service, great room and convenient breakfast. I have to say that at first I was little scared of the area but once the market is running there is plenty of people around. Just be aware around the Terminal. Also a 10 min to the Historic center.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is actually inside a courtyard. The entrance is by way of a tiny door off of the street, but the accommodations themselves are extremely modern and comfortable.
Room was really clean, well equipped with all accessories and stuff was extremely helpful, easily accessible and friendly.
Would definitely come back in the future
Modern hotel on the 3rd floor of a building, hidden from a busy road.
The customer service from all staff was fantastic. Communication before and during our stay via WhatsApp, with all our queries being answered instantly
Great room, with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower.
It’s a unique and quaint property that is within easy walking distance from the train station in Naples (Napoli Centrale). The room was small but very comfortable and clean. They did have a problem with the elevator for a couple of days but it was fixed by the time we left.
Place was well situated close to restaurants and public transportation- though subway was a bit hard to navigate.
Our rooms were secure, modern, clean, and comfortable. A bit on the smaller side but comfy. We stayed in the Ebe room, so others might be a bit roomier.
The staff was very helpful in checking in, offering suggestions for places to eat, and getting us a taxi for when we needed to head out to or next destination.
If we ever go back to Naples, we will be staying here again!
Room was very clean and quiet, well maintained. Bathroom was very spacious. Staff was very helpful with check in, and very kind. Not in the best area of Naples but did not feel unsafe in the hotel.
We had such a wonderful stay at il Divino! The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
What really made our stay special was the amazing host. They were so welcoming and helpful, gave us great directions and recommendations, and even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our last day in Naples so much easier.
The location is also excellent — close to Napoli Centrale and in a lively, convenient neighbourhood, making it easy to explore the city and get around.
Everything about our stay was 110% amazing! We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Naples. I highly recommend il Divino to anyone visiting Naples. Thank you for making our time there even more special! ❤️🇮🇹
il Divino is four short blacks from the Napoli Centrale Railway Station, and therefore, a good place to stay for day trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. However, it was in a very old building with a rather forbidding outside door and central courtyard. The neighborhood was somewhat slummy and there were no good restaurants nearby. the staff consisted of one man who spoke very poor English, but the room was kept very clean.
The staff was so kind and helpful! The property is gorgeous, and the location was perfect. I was so happy with how clean it was. The breakfast was delicious too!
Perfect spot to spend the night before flying out of Naples. Quiet respite after a busy vacation and before a long travel day. Valentina was there to greet us, walked us through how to access the hotel, and provided info on what was available around us. Would definitely recommend and would also stay again!
It was beautiful once you got inside the room. We had to wait for someone to come let us in, no lobby checkin. A weird process checking in. Unfortunately when you come to the address it is quite scary at night. I can’t say it was unsafe but. It puts you on high alert. You walk through this crazy little door off the street. Into a big courtyard, the hotel entrance is in the back. We were glad another couple was also checking in because it was quite unusual. Inside it was very nice but outside the location wasn’t the best
