Great snacks despite the lack of breakfast. The staff were kind to guide us on how to find the hotel and was always there to open the doors for us. The elevator is a bit old but works fine and the location is impeccable! I enjoyed the stay at H22 hotel.

It was housed in a pretty run down looking entry and really old elevator. But once you get past that, it's clean and just enough room for an overnight in-between travel days. Not much more than that. Staff were always available.

I really enjoyed my stay at H22. The property is ideally located and well maintained. I appreciated the amenities including treats in the room and a lounge with tables, chairs and coffee machine. Most of all, I was very happy that there are real people on site to welcome and guide guests. This made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay, too. A standout employee was Natasha. She was very kind, courteous and helpful, not only with me but with everyone else I saw go into the office when she was at the desk. Kudos to H22 and Natasha. Grazie!

This was a nice hotel with large clean rooms and great location (right in front of Garibaldi station). You can tell that the hotel is well maintained. AC works great and they have free coffee in the common room. There a lot of restaurants close by and it is a quick walk to a lot of Naples landmarks.

The staff, especially Natasha, were so helpful. My husband had his pocket picked on the Metro. Natasha helped us with every aspect of getting this annoyance fixed and was very compassionate. Also, the property itself was well planned out. Many small touches made our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
