What made the room was the stunning views of the waterfront, Vesuvius, and islands from the multiple private balconies right off room. Max provided great service. Great location right on the waterfront in lovely area. Could be a little noisy at night with traffic.

This is a very very special boutique hotel, located alongside the marina, with lots of restaurants in very close walking distance.... The hotel European elevator is smooth and efficient.....the unmanned reception area includes full kitchen amenities including free expresso coffee machines, plates,silverware, tea....the common areas contain very tasteful modern abstract art throughout, the room was very new and clean with street and marina view balcony.. the bathroom was very modern...decoration inside the room included abstract modern art pieces....Max provided 3 keys, and the entire bldg was always locked down...the exterior street sidewalk was in a safe neighborhood....no graffiti in this superb upscale neighborhood ... Never felt any fear

Our host Max was very informative and warm. He was so helpful with tips and directions and secured taxis for us numerous times. The property is located between two eating establishments, one is Cafe Napoli where we had breakfast every morning and the other is Nona Tittina where we had wonderful dinners. The view from the waterfront rooms is beautiful, with Vesuvius in the near distance.

No complaints, this was a great hotel to stay in, and I would definitely come back! The staff was extremely nice, the room was very clean and had everything we needed, and the surrounding area had lots to do. Right on the water, so it was beautiful!

The super ( receptionist … but more like a super ) was very friendly and gave us free water and coffee. Unfortunately we thought this was a hotel, it was more like very small rooms being rented out in what looked like a small-ish apartment, which was part of the 3rd level in an apartment. We didn’t even have to ask if there was a gym. Unfortunately also the flush stopped working after a couple uses and couldn’t be repaired. The issue isn’t the property, it is no warning from Expedia about what this was before booking, it was described as a typical hotel.
