1. We had some issues checking in late. Better instructions would be helpful as there were multiple keypads on the door.
2. Mini-split was not working and we got no responses with calling and messaging. Had to reach out to the booking customer service to try and assist. Unfortunately no property was open for check-in as it was after midnight when we arrived due to flight schedule.
3. The shower head wasn't working as the button to turn it on was broken. They also did nothing with no responses to resolve this.
4. There was WiFi issues and again no help. We did find the router in the hallway and ended up rebooting it.
5. There was coffee maker, kettle with coffee, sugars and teas.
6. There was also a mini-fridge but no microwave to heat or reheat.
7. Great location otherwise although small tight space.
8. Unfortunate also you could not use the elevator to take up and down luggage.
