Then the fun began… A few hours later we had an unforeseen medical emergency leading to a trip to two hospitals, visits to accident and emergency and a lot of stress. Rafaele and Serafina were really welcoming hosts. Nothing was too much for them. I was in the smaller of the two rooms but it was plenty big enough, and bigger than most hotel rooms. Breakfasts were excellent and Rafaele was always on hand to give tips on places I wanted to visit. I have just had a fantastic holiday thanks to them so my advice, go for it, you won't regret it!

We had a brief stop at this unique hotel on the way down to Sorrento. The hotel served a lovely breakfast in the stunning garden and then we were able to use the spa facilities before leaving for the ferry.
