"I booked this property strictly on location and okay reviews. We were looking to explore Napoli on foot and eat the original Margherita pizza at Da Michele, but neither of those happened and we left quite upset. The only positive to the stay was a staff member named Francesco who was helpful in explaining what we needed to do. Right away, we found out check-in ends at 16:00 and that Francesco would leave our keys with the Pizzeria across the street. We were arriving at 20:00. We thought there...
