Amazing location for restaurants and atmosphere. The guy at reception was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast, although relatively simple, was outdoors on the roof terrace in a lovely environment. Great value for money.

10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy.

Good stay at Toledo Hotel. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was fine but would benefit from some upgrades soon. It is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which we loved but can also appreciate it might be a little loud for some - although if you read other reviews, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone checking-in. Metro station 2 mins away and 15 minute walk to the port which were both very helpful for us.

Hotel located very close to the Main street with a lot of possibilities for shopping, restaturants etc. However, the hotel is located close to a bar street, which gives a lot of noise in the night until the bar closes. Hotel staff very kind and friendly and very helpfull

This Hotel is in the middle of the roaring Spanish quarter. Several of the sightseeing hits are in walking distance, so is the via Toledo and the Metro. We spent 9 days here to explore Naples. We liked the breakfast on the roof terrace, the friendly and helpful people of the hotel, the insulated windows that keep the noise outside, the quiet air-conditioning. Good value for the price.

An old fashioned but characterful hotel in the busy heart of the Spanish quarter. Surrounded by numerous small restaurants and narrow streets. Fun area but don’t expect quiet if you are on the street front. Breakfast on the roof terrace and lots of stairs or the small lift. Taxi to airport in 20 mins but close your eyes!

The property is in a good location with easy access to shopping and train station. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely run down and needs to be painted and needs new fittings etc. It was very noisy on the weekend with bars etc around the area. They do have a nice outdoor patio with a decent breakfast and good service. The staff were nice and helpful.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable of their surroundings, and very helpful, the room was clean but it was very outdated, the paint was peeling off the walls, the sink was placed on a old piece of wood and when you use the shower it felt like you were going to fall on the floor below.

This place is classic cheap and cheerful and a bit run down but it's perfect for what I wanted and fitted the bill. Located an easy 10-minute stroll from Naples port it's easy to get to from a ferry and also to then join the airport bus from the port terminal. It's slightly run down but fairly clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is all cheap restaurants and bars. I'd stay here again but if you want glam go elsewhere. The breakfast is basic to say the least but it was all I needed. Good shower and bathroom ensuite.

I am sad for the poor reviews of this property because people are expecting your typical North American hotel. At first my kids age 16 and 18 did not like it and by the second day they loved it! Live like you would in Napoli. You will be immersed in the culture. Location is awesome. Yes a little loud but the ocean wave sounds of the air conditioner block them out. Beds were so comfortable and my old hips didn’t even hurt in the night! Very clean. Staff was helpful. Cappuccino amazing and turtle on the rooftop balcony was adorable.
