"Had a fab stay at The Grand. Rebecca was so helpful during our check-in. The evening meal we had was so tasty and reasonably priced for what we had. Slept well on the comfy bed, two pillows provided as standard. Nice bathroom, it was very clean as was our bedroom. Breakfast was OK, I didn’t have items listed on the menu choice, but it had been a busy morning and I think the kitchen must have run out of items. All the staff were polite and helpful and coped with how busy the place was really well. Would stay here again."

"Sadly I didnt get to use the pool as it closed quite early. Staff were quite hard to find and front desk unmanned at most times and not overly helpful. Parking was very expensive "
