"A lovely hotel with nice decor. Ozuwa (apologies if I spelt her name wrong) was very very kind, welcoming and helpful in our check in process. She was amazing. Fantastic extras include a welcome drink, and the option of Ramen or ice cream between 8 and 10 PM. A memorable addition to the hotel stay!"

From the atmosphere to the little touches throughout my stay, everything contributed to a unique and memorable experience. "2 minute walk to Matsumoto Station! Super convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and they provide travel items in the lobby if you need it. The only issue is that the shower curtain had mold. Otherwise the room was good."
