"A very beautiful functional and clean place in a quiet secure area: any foreigners in the area. We were met at the apartment by the host and housekeeper which was a bonus. The host family was very flexible with our requests and went the extra mile to make us all so comfortable. They quickly arranged for us in-house catering services which made our stay very relaxed freeing up time for us to organise ourselves for the function which was the reason for our visit to Nairobi for a week. "I made a booking through Hotels.com. They ssid that they are not aware of it and repeatedly asked me to pay despite the fact that I paid in advance. I was blocked by the receptionist and the guard from getting out of the premise until I paid again at the reception. They are simply stupid and greedy. I suffered a lot. I never ever rerecommend this place to anyone."
