The property is outdated, but the staff are fantastic The guest relations is fantastic Ms Abby takes her job seriously & do her best to make your stayed as comfortable as she can & also Ms Diana front desk very nice & very helpful. The rooms are dated. Sitting room is spacious and had all necessary furnishings and appliances. It was relatively clean. I loved the view out of the windows across the university to Westlands. Fresh air through the windows was great too - even though this could be a safety hazard. The bar downstairs had some really good and well mixed cocktails. The bathroom was horrible. Really old. Tile grout dirty and stained. Bathroom was tiny. Shower curtain dirty. The shower, sink and bathroom trims old and not pleasant to the eye. Kindly modernize and renovate all the bathrooms. The towels also need to be replaced immediately. They are not white! and scary to use. The corridors and the lobby downstairs are kind of dark. Please brighten those rooms for better ambience. Thank you.
