"Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room"

"First, the pictures on expedia or even the hotels website did not do this place justice. This is a gorgeous hotel with lots to do and see. We were checked in by "Lucky" who spoke really great english. He spent about an hour with us checking us in, walking us to our rooms, showing us everything in our rooms and helping with luggage. Both the dinner and breakfast were buffet with lots of options. I think we were the only foreigners there but they did not treat us any different. The shuttle down to the town square is very convenient. We did not use the hot springs but we did use the open air bath in our room which was amazing. The beds were reasonable comfortable. Enjoyed the plethora of amenities and open space in the room. "

"Clean room, accessible and walkable distance from train station and outlet. Shuttle to train station is pretty convenient. Luggage delivery service made a huge difference especially travelling with kids. Breakfast was an added bonus and much needed to start our day."

"2nd time in this hotel, was definitely less good than the first time, dinner was amazing but breakfast had a lot of issues, my pregnant wife had bottle cap in her salad and our coffee we ordered for breakfast never came, expect more from an hotel at this price point, we will probably not come again "
